Should I repot my plant?

You shouldnt repot your plant for at least two weeks. Firstly you should allow your plant to acclimate to their new home before stressing out the root system. Re potting your plant also voids and possibility of a retun.

Can I return a plant?

The can be issues with this as plants are living and perishable. We only accept refunds on purchase that have been delivery and damaged in export. Chosing to get a plant delivered comes with a risk, but we want all of our custmers to be happy with their purchases so on discussion a return and refund can be issued at the cost of the customer.

Do you offer delivery or shipping for plants?

we pride ourself on great looking eco and recycled packaging that anyone will enjoy opening. as for gift cards this will be a product you can search for on our website and choose the amount you would like to be loaded. after payment this will be sent to you via email enitially and through the post.
