In honor of Wallis' contributions to botanical exploration, the Veitchii was named after his close collaborator, James Veitch, an influential horticulturist and plant collector. Caring for Anthurium veitchii is easy. They aren’t very demanding and can withstand many conditions. Humidity isn’t an issue as they can thrive in environment of as low at 50%. Water moderately and supply it with bright indirect light and it will flourish.
